I relocated up here with family from Florida and I had been seeking a place for my kids and I. I called and spoke with Ms. Kada and she was very pleasant and gave me all the information. You can tell by talking to her it just wasn't about leasing the unit she was genuinely concerned, she treated me like she knew me all along (family). I moved in my unit and I love quiet property and neighborhood. Convenient to stores since I currently don't have transportation and also to the bus line. Mrs. Dani is also amazing too. I'm telling you if you are in search of a peaceful quiet clean property. Make this place Kimber Green your place to call home.

Kimber Green has been my favorite apartment thus far. It is a gorgeous community, the people are friendly and they have many great amenities. My apartment is spacious and the perfect fit for my family. Courtney is quick to reply to questions and keeps the community updated on everything going on around us such as pool cleaning, office being closed for holidays, and any other issues that may affect the residents. I have not needed maintenance for much, but the few times I did, they were quick to help. I definitely recommend Kimber Green as a place to live and hope to renew our lease as soon as we can.

Courtney was able to help us decide on the best option for my roommates and I. She was so kind and very knowledgeable about our questions and concerns, I am very eager to move into this apartment complex and was so thankful for her kind personality and understanding. Every staff member I have been in contact with has always been kind. Seems like a great location, beautiful spacious apartment.

Kimber green has been the best apartment I have ever lived in. They are so spacious and comfortable. I love all the amenities the community has to offer. I love the informitive newsletters and the activities that we do on the the property. The staff in the leasing office are the greatest. They go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure they help us with anything we need on and off property. Kimber Green is where I truly feel at home.

I have lived here for a year now in one of the three bedroom town homes. The rooms are spacious, and the apartment itself is very nice. The one thing that was an inconvenience was when it got hot, the upstairs had a very hard time cooling off. Other than that, maintenance was always very responsive, and management was accommodating and extremely welcoming. I never had any issues with the neighbors, and the property is always kept clean. The location is right by everything on the east side. I would definitely recommend these apartments.

I've been a resident of Kimber Green Apartments for the last two years and have really enjoyed the experience. The apartment interior and appliances are good quality, the rooms are fairly spacious, and I've never experienced any issues with noise - partly because the neighborhood is quiet and partly because noise doesn't seem to travel between units under normal circumstances. Management has also been great. The few maintenance issues I've had while living here were handled quickly and they're very good about giving notice when they need to enter the apartment for inspections and pest control purposes. They were also very accommodating and went the extra mile to work with me when I needed to start looking at relocating out of the area. I would absolutely recommend Kimber Green Apartments to anyone looking to live on the east side of Evansville.

Love my apartment. The walk-in closets are the best. Great location near everything on the East side. Office staff is super friendly and maintenance always takes care of requests quickly. So happy I choose Kimber Green to call home.
